CPh was established on February 15, 1995 as C&E Corporation from the joint venture of Chiyoda Corporation ( Yokohama, Japan), one of the global leaders in integrated engineering and construction and EEI Corporation, a leading fabrication and construction company in the Philippines.
Since its full operation commencement as an engineering company in October 2, 1995, the company had started with only (2)Two of departments namely: Piping Engineering Department and Civil Engineering Department.
